We all know Stephen hand-painted the BMPs in the PARIS app. I seem to recall the program he used to paint them was mentioned here once upon a time; if so, does anyone remember offhand what it was? Jim and I are troubleshooting an old skinning issue, and that tidbit might help provide clues.
