where do you put plugins in, in Paris 3?

for vsts I make C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VSTPlugins and put them there
because that's where most apps want to install them. If the install
makes a subfolder I copy the dlls up to this folder. Make sure to set
the VST path to this folder in paris.
