I just want to let you know of a cool service I used recently for drum
tracks http://www.livestudiodrums.com/
The same guy that does Smart Loops. He did an excellent job for me. Very
tasty. Excellent player. Great sounding kit. Convenient and quick turn
around. And cheap!

Here is the tune he did for me.

Have fun!

Sounds great. Nice tune, nice mix.

I like your guitar tone, too - you've got that Larrylee
Carltoritenour thing goin' on. Like a 335 through a MkII Boogie
sorta-tone.

Where's the cowbell, though? I can barely hear it.

:)

Spot on. I do use an Ibanez 335 style guitar (I love it). I think that
was the Vox Tonelab direct into an Old School Audio pre, but live I run
it into a Boogie. I actually get the Larry Carlton thing a lot. Could do
worse.

I used a digital cowbell (as advertised on TV by The Original Artists),
and it was really loud on the original mix, but my cowbell demo license
expired and the sound just disappeared from the track. It was
heartbreaking, but what could I do. Those digital cowbells are big bucks.

Thanks for all the compliments. I really was just trying to let you all
know about Live Studio Drums, but encouraging words are always welcome!

By the way that was Samplitude, a bunch of UAD1 plugs and the pads are a
really cool VSTi called Albino.
