DJ, you need this, It's freaking sweet. Get it from RMCAudio.com and with
double kick and two plastic beaters. $4700 will get you going plus $60 for
the compact flash from staples and $100 or so for all the drum presets you'll
want.

Cool man. Is the Roland manual fairly easy to grok. Last Roland product I
owned had a manual that reminded me of a military tech sheet.

I'm on page 5 so far but it looks well thought out from scanning it. Chris
at vexpressionsltd.com is amazing. He sold me some presets that make this
thing awesome. The stock presets blow. I mean REALLY BLOW. Plus Chris
knows the box inside out so I can ask him anything. Very cool cat. And
there's the www.vdrums.com forum too. You gotta get one now!!! You'll need
about 1000 sq ft just to open all the boxes. You have to supply your own
kick pedal(get the double kick from yamaha), a second plastic beater, a snare
and hi hat stand, a compact flash card, a CF reader and the presets from
Chris (i bought $200 worth and he gave me exactly what I asked for, listen
to the demos then email him). You'll rock on !
