We need to get Paris happening with the Yamaha 01V as a control surface
using midi. The Steinberg Midex is, from what I've heard, quite a performer
as far as getting low latency midi happening. If the faders aren't
responsive enough, I wonder if Analox X would consider updating the midi
driver. We need to be able to switch between submixes with this control
surface and to possible daisy chain two of them together to have a 32
channel automated fader box.

This might be the ticket to using Paris with dual core CPU's since the C-16
doesn't work with them.

HI DJ,
The Midex series was discontinued about 6 months ago. They way to many
drive and reliability issues with em. Oh and they didint' sell at all.
To cheap looking and light on the features for the high price they sold at.
The O1v has very basic control surface functionality. YOu ever notice
why everyone emulates the Mackie Control cuz it is the best one...:)

I really wish everyone would can this old midi shit all together and
adopt OSC.
