HI Alex,
This info from UADs web zine is still accurate.
http://www.uaudio.com/webzine/2006/december/index5.html

Good luck getting UADs and a TC to work in an expansion chassis.
My advice would be to swap you UAD PCI cards to PCI-e ones and use a
PCI-e to PCI-e expansion chassis.

Which versions of the Powercore? The old pre- mk2 ones? If so you are
best off getting one PCI or PCI-e mk2 one to replace those 2. The old
will not work on newer hardware.
I've used the Cyclone chassis a few times with UADs and it worked great.
Otherwise I would go for the SBS chassis.

Thanks Chris.I have to think about this one.
the UAD's I can upgrade ,but the powercore already IS an upgrade ,so an
upgrade to PCI express is not allowed.(1 card is a PCI MK I ,the other is a
MK II.).
I've been thinking about a UAD-1 extreme pack, so Id get most of the plugs
and more DSP, for about the same as just buying the plugs.
there goes the credit card balance again!

HI Alex,
You better make sure your Powercore MK1 is compatible voltage wise with
current 3.3 volt PCI slots before you stick it in a chassis.
