That's wierd...it should match up. Are you recording to the cubase internal
click?
Does it start being in alignment, and gets out of alignment as the song progresses,
or does it start out of alignment. If so, how much, and does it remain consistantly
out?

It should line up for you, all the way through.
Is both paris and Cubase on the same computer, or different computers? Is
either or bothe slaved to an external wordclock?
I'm just asking to try to get a better idea of your situation, but it should
not matter. I get files from clients all the time from other platforms,
cubase included, and they always match up once I set the tempo in Paris to
whatever they tell me the tempo of the song is. Sometimes, depending on the
app, and how the rendered the files, I have to trim a few miliseconds off
the start, but once I do that, it stays perfectly in sync.
The only time I've run up against what your talking about is if I get a file
from some old free standing sequencer or drum machine. Generally something
that gets spit out of a D/A converter, if not synced up to the parent app,
will behave like this.
Question....are you bouncing/rendering (or whatever it's called) the files
internally in cubase, or bouncing them externally to some other medium, before
exporting to Paris?

Goran,
Did you double check and see that the tempos of SX and Paris
are still the same? Try resetting the tempo in Paris and answer
'yes' to the realign all grid lines question.
Good luck!

Doesn't cubase default to 25 FPS on sync lock? Paris I believe does 30, bet
this is where it's going wrong if your syncing machines.
Also, make sure you're using the bars/beats grids as well of course and that
they are set to the same exact tempo.
