Hey guys I have had this problem before but can't for the life of me
remember how to resolve it.
I have a 3 EDS setup with 2 MEC's no ADAT cards all running on an AMD
Athlon with XP. Subsystem is all right and the install is fine.
What is happening is if I hookup both MEC's then card C will not
playback. If I disconnect MEC B and use only the Master MEC on card A
all 3 EDS' playback no sweat. Hook up the 2nd MEC and no playback on
card C only cards A & B.

Any thoughts?

Also anyone have the plugin latency chart I have heard of floating around?

Jamey,
Make sure the second Mec is attached to card C.
This could do it.

I only have a MEC and a 442 but I believe I had a similar problem when I
expanded from a 2 EDS card system to 3. It's a little foggy but I think the
problem was resolved by trying various combinations of interface to EDS
cards until I got one that worked. I also may have rerouted the internal
ribbon interconnect cables. If I remenber correctly, none of the card
letter designations appeared where I expected them to. Hope this helps.

Jamey,
I know the second Mec has to be attached to the last card for everything
to work. As RZ says maybe you don't know which is your last card?.

Good luck and keep us posted.

2nd MEC needs to be on card C. It is possible to get this working on card B
if you are using an external WC. I don't know why this is, but I did it
once. It wasn't very reliable though so I bought another MEC so I could have
an interface on each card. That opens another can of worms though because if
you use more than two IF's, then you *have* to have an external WC.
