Doug sent my 8-in card and THEN told me how much to send him. The card arrived
today, the check is about to go in the mail.

Same here! Opened the package today, check in the mail tomorrow...

He also sent me an adat card without getting money first !

I do have the MEC, but it might cost more to ship to Greece than it is
worth.

I totally agree. DJ rocks.

Small problem, however. With my 8-in card, he accidentally (I assume)
packed an ADAT front plate. Can I assume someone who is receiving an
ADAT card from DJ found an 8-in faceplate in kind? Please contact me
and we can arrange a swap.

I am posting this here because DJ's email is getting kicked back to
me. Not a slam here - I can understand how, in the madness of
disassembling and packing all your gear up a switch was made.

YIKES!!!!...man, I'm sorry about that Paul......and apologies to whoever
bought an ADAT card and ends up with Pauls A8iT front plate. I'll cover the
shipping for both parties to get this straightened out and I'll send out
some e-mails to everyone who bought these and we'll get this resolved.

shipped out yet. Just put the ADAT plate in the mail to me. I'll cover

Yeah, likewise here. DJ totally rules. He sent me my MEC, C-16, IF2, EDS
1000, and cables and then emailed me with the bill and tracking numbers. I
emailed him back to tell him the check was in the mail. I think he believed
me. :)
