I beleive that can't be be done - as far as the grid is concerned, it's
strictly fixed tempos and only one per project.
But there are a few workarounds.
1) Use Mike's "Paris Hearbeat plug-in", an EDS-plugin metronome with
multiple tempos
http://www.ensoniq.ca
2) Bounce a click track out of another app as audio and lay it in a
PARIS track. Turn off the grid (unless it's a simple rit at the end,
then just ignore the grid when you get there). Voila.
3) If it's fairly simple map (a tempo change or two in a medley) then
make a click track at the first tempo. Render it as one audio file. Now
change the project tempo. Make another click track and render it as one
audio file. Repeat as necessary.
After you've made all the sections of your click, take all your bounced
out "click track" audio files and put them end to end in a track and
adjust position/length as necessary.
