I have an old JV1010 that I use with my Synthophone and I understand the
only way to upload patches into the user bank is with some software that I
can't seem to find anywhere. Is this true and does anyone know anything
about this? If any of you have a copy of it could you shoot me up a copy of
the file? Is there any other way to load patches into the user bank? This
newsgroup is so full of tech and midi experts someone has to know something
about this?

Appreciated,
Rich

SoundDiver was an EMagic product, and since they were purchased
by Apple, I doubt it's available for Windoze anymore, but if
you're on Mac (or have access to one for patch loading), here's
a link to two Mac OS versions of it:

I have that around here somewhere, but to be honest I loaded it years ago,
was underwhelmed and removed it. I'll see if I can find it and shoot you a
disk.... it's rigged to only work with the JV1010 so it's not like there
should be an legal issues.

Thanks, Neil. Appreciated but unfortunately I'm on a PC and won't be able to
use it. Maybe I'll get a Mac now :-)

Aaron, thanks. It figures that you'd be the one to save the day. Look that
bad boy up and shoot me a copy if you would please. Can you email me the
file or do you need to send it via snail mail? I need it as soon as
possible. I'm trying to program a foot midi foot switch to control patches
for my synthophone for a gig a week. It may take me that long to figure the
thing out, LOL. You da man. I owe you.

Thanks,

I made some grammatical errors. Let's try again. Aaron, thanks. It figures

Try this: ChangeIt for the JV1010

http://www.planet-groove.com/programs.html

It's been years since I've used it, but I remember that it worked just fine.

Aaron, I downloaded ChangeIt but haven't had a chance yet to figure out how
to work the program yet. If you find Sound Diver I'd still like a copy of it
if you don't mind and it is appreciated. I'll let you know as soon as I am
able to do what I need to do with ChangeIt. I won't be able to get to it
until later, planning on tomorrow, as I'm in the middle of mixing my project
for the cd release.

Thanks, Aaron,
Rich

Really Mark, that would be great. Aaron is looking for a copy but hasn't
found it yet. If you wouldn't mind shooting me a file over the net if that
is possible or just plain snail mail. I'm trying to meet a deadline as I
have a concert on the 16th of March and need to have my pedal programmed by
then. I really appreciate this man.

Thanks,
Rich
