I was reading on geaslutz that it will be Pro Tools 7.4 Mpowered.
One of Maudios engineers was on hand responding to users questions. One thing
that he stated that was interesting was that.
-"USB2 is fine, but is not as robust as firewire for big audio streams.
- " The reason m-audio has produced these new USB products was due to the
sheer fact that USB is more widley "Available" than firewire on both MAc
& PCs).
So, there is not secret m-audio USB 2 sauce that maybe USB 2 audio interfaces
are ready for primtime..
I'll be getting a 410 or 1814,or just maybe that new Por Fire 26

I've been using the M-Audio Pro-Mix control for well over a year now, and
sounds great, and works a charm.
Nice sounding convertors, at to my ears for the work I do.

God, I wish I could type properly..
Using PT 7.4 as well, although no Leopard support yet, and if I want to use
it (7.4) on pc you have to buy another upgrade, as the 7.3 / 7.4 upgrade is
not cross platform, or so it seems.
